What I have learn last first week in the lecture is what is meaning of strategic management is drafting, implementing and evaluating crossfunctional decision that will enable an organization to achieve its long term objectives

The strategy management process is made up of three step:

1) Strategy fomulation
2) Strategy implemention
3) Strategy evaluation

Strategy also is actions taken by a manager to ensure the organization of campany is better of from competitors.
